This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Car & Yacht Rental Service UAE ("we," "our," or "us") will issue refunds for cancellations, modifications, or other changes to bookings for our car rental and yacht charter
services.
By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
2. Car Rental Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy for car rentals is as follows:
- Cancellation 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund (100% of the payment amount)
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- No-show: No refund
2.2 Long-Term Rental Cancellations
For car rentals with a duration of 7 days or more:
- Cancellation 72+ hours before pickup: Full refund (100% of the payment amount)
- Cancellation 24-72 hours before pickup: 75% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup: 25% refund
- No-show: No refund
2.3 Luxury Vehicle Cancellations
For luxury and exotic car rentals (including but not limited to Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, and other high-end vehicles):
- Cancellation 72+ hours before pickup: Full refund (100% of the payment amount)
- Cancellation 24-72 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: No refund
2.4 Early Returns
If you return the vehicle before the scheduled return date:
- No refund will be provided for unused rental days unless the early return is due to a mechanical failure of the vehicle that is not your fault.
- In case of a mechanical failure that is not your fault, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused rental period.
3. Yacht Charter Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Standard Yacht Charter Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy for yacht charters is as follows:
- Cancellation 48+ hours before charter: Full refund (100% of the payment amount)
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before charter: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before charter: No refund
- No-show: No refund
3.2 Luxury Yacht Charter Cancellations
For luxury yacht charters (90ft or larger):
- Cancellation 7+ days before charter: Full refund (100% of the payment amount)
- Cancellation 3-7 days before charter: 75% refund
- Cancellation 1-3 days before charter: 25% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before charter or no-show: No refund
3.3 Weather-Related Cancellations
If a yacht charter must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions (as determined by our captain or maritime authorities):
- You will have the option to reschedule the charter to another available date at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Please note that light rain or mild weather conditions that do not impact safety are not grounds for a weather-related cancellation.
3.4 Early Termination
If a yacht charter must end early:
- Due to unsafe weather conditions developing during the charter, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused time.
- Due to mechanical failure that is not your fault, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused time.
- Due to guest request or behavior issues, no refund will be provided for the unused charter time.
4. Chauffeur Service Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation policy for chauffeur services:
- Cancellation 24+ hours before service: Full refund (100% of the payment amount)
- Cancellation 6-24 hours before service: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 6 hours before service: No refund
- No-show: No refund
5. Corporate Event and Special Occasion Cancellations
For corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions:
- Cancellation 14+ days before event: Full refund (100% of the payment amount) minus a 10% administration fee
- Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 75% refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before event: No refund

6.2 Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
6.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Modifications to Existing Bookings
7.1 Car Rental Modifications
You may modify your car rental booking subject to the following conditions:
- Changes made 24+ hours before pickup: No fee for modifications, subject to availability. If the modified booking has a higher rate, you will be charged the difference. If the modified booking has a lower rate, the
difference will be refunded.
- Changes made less than 24 hours before pickup: Subject to a modification fee of AED 100, plus any difference in rental rates.
7.2 Yacht Charter Modifications
You may modify your yacht charter booking subject to the following conditions:
- Changes made 48+ hours before charter: No fee for modifications, subject to availability. Rate differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Changes made less than 48 hours before charter: Subject to a modification fee of AED 500, plus any difference in charter rates.
7.3 Extending Rentals
If you wish to extend your rental period:
- Contact us before the end of your current rental period.
- Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the prevailing rate.
- Late returns without prior approval will incur late fees as outlined in your rental agreement.
8. Disputes and Exceptions
If you believe an exception should be made to this refund policy due to extenuating circumstances:
- Submit your request in writing to [email protected], including any relevant documentation supporting your request.
- Each case will be reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.
- Medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and similar unavoidable circumstances may be considered for exceptions with proper documentation.
9. Security Deposits
Security deposits for car rentals and yacht charters are refundable, subject to the following conditions:
- The vehicle or yacht is returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, normal wear and tear excepted.
- The vehicle or yacht is returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up (if applicable).
- There are no outstanding traffic violations, fines, or other charges.
- The vehicle or yacht is returned at the agreed-upon time.
Security deposits will be refunded within 7-14 business days after the return of the vehicle or yacht, following inspection.
10. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund
Policy.
