• Allow unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle or yacht
• Overload the vehicle or yacht beyond its rated capacity
• Use the vehicle for racing, speed testing, or teaching someone to drive
• Use the yacht beyond the specified navigation limits or in unsafe weather conditions
• Transport hazardous materials or illegal substances

4.5 Insurance

Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Additional coverage options may be available at an extra cost. Details about insurance coverage will be provided in the Rental Agreement.

4.6 Damages and Liability
